Agile Inception Deck
My group created this inception deck for our project on Housing. In this module, we had to learn the Agile Methodology so this deck helps us align our ideas and plan our timeline so that we can ensure that we are on task every time a sprint ends.

This report is an overall analysis of Google, covering the areas using SWOT and PEST Analysis, the BCG Model, Porter's 5 Forces Model, and Value Chain Analysis, as well as the Industry and Product Life Cycle.

Movie Ticketing System (C#)
This was a pair work and we were tasked to create a Movie Ticketing System that allows the user to select and buy tickets for the movies that were being screened. It also has validation so it recognises when one does not meet certain requirements for the purchase.

We all had to take a mandatory design module in Semester 1 and this was one of my assignment submissions. I still think that this work was a decent effort from me given that I am not a very artistic person.

Part of my job scope is to maintain up-to-date knowledge of all retail promotions to ensure a positive and hassle-free store experience for customers. I also brought forth excellent customer service skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction. I learn new things at the store every shift and it has instilled many new values in me.

Applied for the experience and it was my first experience working in F&B so everything was new to me. Handling the utensils and alcohol glasses required much skill so thankfully I was able to pick up fast, ensuring that I did not make many mistakes. I was also able to make more friends here, so it was a very fruitful experience personally.

Help out occassionally during the semester breaks when outlets are short of manpower. Responsible for housekeeping, checking, and restocking items on shelves, as well as helping with customers' queries and supporting the full-timers with any tasks.

This was my first part-time job out of secondary school. There, I worked under pressure to provide quick and quality service, attending to customers’ needs and queries promptly, providing a positive experience and atmosphere for the customers.
